I’ve already done lots of therapy and inner work. Is this for me?

This is often exactly who I work with. The Camino isn’t a replacement for therapy — it’s the integration space that makes everything you’ve already done land more deeply. If you’ve been doing the work but something still doesn’t feel quite resolved, that’s the gap the Camino can fill.

Can I do it alone?

Yes — and many people find that’s exactly what they need. You are rarely truly alone on the Camino. People appear. Conversations happen. Godincidences occur. But you can also choose solitude when you need it. Both are possible on the same walk.

Do I need to be fit to do the Camino?

They work brilliantly together but you can … Read more
