About You

Any of these ring true for you and your Camino? You…

  • Are challenged by organisation and feel overwhelm at the thought of trying to do it all by yourself. You bought a book, joined the social media groups, read some blogs and keep “intending” to spend time working it out, but you aren’t getting around to it. You know support and accountability help you get unstuck.
  • Have been through some form of loss: bereavement, divorce, ambiguous grief (grieving someone still alive), miscarriage, redundancy and are wanting to take some time to process this while being supported in case you crumble.
  • Feel stuck in your recovery journey and want someone who has ben there too to pass on their experience, strength and hope.
  • Yearn to find out what spirituality or religion means to you but don’t want a particular set of beliefs enforced on you, or yours interrogated or judged.
  • Have been doing lots of work on yourself and want some time to process what you are uncovering it in a supported way.
  • Aren’t sure what direction your life is heading and feel lost or stuck. You want to explore this with a coach along the way to really be able to make the most of the Camino.
  • Are searching to find what your purpose is and want support to get clarity around finding your Ikigai.
  • Want to change your relationship to your stuff and finally be able to declutter and let go of things after trying many different ways, always seeming to not get anywhere despite trying so hard.
  • Want to declutter your mind or life. You feel there is just too much; to think about, to do, that you want to do. So much that you never stop and breathe. You know it’s not all doable, but are unsure what to let go.
  • Want more adventure and are excited about exploring a bit more off the beaten path.
  • Aren’t even that sure what the Camino is but you have been through a lot and just know it has answers for you.

Or maybe…

  • You have a connection to the earth and the idea of walking along a path that thousands have before you makes you come alive.
  • You love hearing about others experiences on the Camino and how it has changed their lives.
  • You love the idea of community and fellowship and know it’s importance in making you and others whole.
  • You love time alone in nature and love to dangle your feet in a cold stream and listen to the birds.
  • You love to explore your behaviours and actions, what blocks you may have, your past and it’s impact and how you feel. You are always striving to understand more and grow.
  • You resonate with what I have written on this page.
