About You
Any of these ring true for you?
Something has happened — or is happening — and the Camino keeps tugging at your sleeve. Here’s who I tend to walk alongside…
You…
- Have been through some form of loss — bereavement, divorce, ambiguous grief, anticipated loss, miscarriage, redundancy — and want to take some time to process it, with support in case you crumble
- Are in the middle messy bit. Not in the fresh raw shock of it, but not through it either. Life has moved on around you but something inside hasn’t
- Have lost a role, a loved one or an identity — Mum, Daughter, Wife, Career Woman, Carer, Partner — and don’t quite know who you are without it
- Feel stuck in your recovery journey and want someone who has been there too to pass on their experience, strength and hope
- Have been doing lots of work on yourself and want some time and space to process what you are uncovering, in a supported way
- Yearn to find out what spirituality or religion means to you but don’t want a particular set of beliefs enforced on you, or yours interrogated or judged
- Aren’t sure what direction your life is heading and feel lost or stuck — and want to explore this with someone who gets it, on the path
- Are searching for what your purpose is and want support to get clarity
- Aren’t even that sure what the Camino is, but you’ve been through a lot and just know it has something for you
Or maybe…
- You have a connection to the earth and the idea of walking along a path that thousands have walked before you makes something stir in you
- You love hearing about others’ experiences on the Camino and how it has changed their lives
- You love the idea of community and fellowship and know its importance in making you and others whole
- You love time alone in nature — the kind where you can actually hear yourself think for a minute
- You love to explore your behaviours, what blocks you, your past and its impact, and how you feel. You are always striving to understand more and grow
- You resonate with what I’ve written on this page
If any of this feels like you — you’re in the right place.
